Smart Fox Consulting was founded by the certified Human Resources professional Josianne Gaudette, CPHR, MPA. Josianne has worked as an HR Director and consultant for over a decade, working in the media, hospitality and manufacturing sectors as well as recruiting executives for many of North America’s leading businesses.

Business savvy, Josianne has an entrepreneur’s mind having started, operated and sold several businesses of her own. She understands the challenges that both employees and employers face and is able to provide solutions that result in a productive and engaged workforce, higher profits and fulfilled goals.

Josianne is licensed by Dr. Mark Colgate, in partnership with the Whistler Chamber of Commerce, as lead facilitator of the Whistler Experience. She delivers the Whistler Experience training and brings to life the Moments of Power to improve customer satisfaction and employee experience in the Whistler community.
